Plz help i want to have squirrel as a pet?

I would like to buy a ratufa squirrel as pet. How much can i put to buy it. If anybody knows the information plz do the needful.Plz help i want to have squirrel as a pet?
Everybody that is answering as ';catch one in the wild'; have no sense. You cannot take a wild animal and stick him in a cage. Most states it is illegal to have a squirrel as a pet. If you would like a squirrel as a pet go and find a LICENSED BREEDER!! Do not buy one from a guy down the street or catch one. Get one from a pet store or a licensed breeder and that is it!Plz help i want to have squirrel as a pet?
i don't think they is a store where you can buy something like that make a trap and stick a nut in it and make it where a door will close it in
They don't make good pets. They will either bite you or chew up all of your furniture. If you like rodents, I would suggest a rabbit, ferret, hamster, gerbil, or guinea pig.
Squirrels can be very aggresive, especially once they are old enough for their hormones to kick in. You would need a huge enclosure to give them anywhere near as much space as they need.
It's not really fair kinda cruel.


These are wild animals and should stay in the wild.


Get a cat or a dog these animals are breed for pets.

i had a squirrel once.. named him Gus. Bad idea anyways... get a chinchilla or something instead. Squirrels just aren't meant to be house pets.
